What is Sentinel?
The purpose of the Sentinel ecosystem is to empower universal access to the internet in a trusted and provable manner. Sentinel dVPN is the native token of the world’s first provably decentralized VPN(Virtual Private Network). The core utility of this token is built on its function as governance and staking token, a medium of payment for dVPN subscriptions as well as other advanced dVPN services not to mention a work token on the Sentinel ecosystem.

What is the unbonding period?
Once you stake, your tokens are locked. They never leave your possession but they are locked into staking with the chosen validator. You can initiate the unbonding process anytime, and it will take 28 days for the tokens to unlock and become available to your wallet.
Do I have to claim my rewards or are they auto-claimed by my wallet?
For security reasons, a wallet will never auto-claim your rewards unless you commence an action, e.g. initiating undelegation (unbonding) of tokens
How often should I claim my rewards?
Anything between once every day to once a week guarantees you will receive the highest rate of compounded rewards given that you stake them in order to compound.
